1. To secure your booking we require a deposit of 25%, with the balance payable 28 days before the start of your holiday. If booking within 28 days of your arrival, the whole cost is payable on booking.
2. In the event of cancellation, deposits are not refundable. If you cancel less than 28 days before your arrival we will try to re-let the cottage but if we are unable to do so, the full rental will be charged. We strongly recommend taking out insurance against this eventuality.
3. The cottages are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
4. The number of guests occupying the cottages must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated. Entry will be refused if this condition is not observed.
5. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests personal effects or property while staying at Bumper Castle Farm.
6. The accommodation should be left in a clean and tidy state. Any breakages should be reported so we can make good for the next guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages caused during your stay.
7. One well behaved dog is allowed per cottage (chargeable). We request that owners show a responsible attitude and keep dogs off furniture and beds. Under no circumstances must dogs be left unattended in the cottages.
8. We reserve the right of reasonable access to the cottages at all times but would advise you in advance if this was required.
9. In the unlikely event that a cottage becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, we will try to find alternative accommodation or give a full refund. No further liability will be accepted.
